SEF came to an end on the 29th of October. Below you have the new distribution of competencies regarding migrations, integration, asylum, and border control. There are still some unclear responsibilities and we will update you as soon as the Government answers come through.
Nevertheless, at AAMT Legal we say welcome the new agency and we wish AIMA, UCFE, and all other new intervenients the best of luck. We hope to work side by side serving and supporting migrants who wish, for a long or short period of time, to call Portugal home.
