Inês Azevedo has a diverse and extensive legal background with more than 18 years of experience. Her main focus areas are Migration and Real Estate in Portugal. Inês also provides legal assistance to a private business that supports internationals move worldwide.
Her professional experience ranges from working at private top 10 ten Iberian law offices, working on Energy Projects, PPP projects and Real Estate. She was a legal adviser at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and deputy in the Cabinet of the Presidency of Council of Ministers of Portugal where her portfolio included Migration, Refugees and Discrimination dossiers. Inês was a National Coordinator of European Year of Citizens (2013 and 2014). Inês was also the founding partner of Azevedo Legal, a boutique law firm which focused on assisting Migration, Soft Landing and Real Estate in Portugal.
Inês has a Master Degree in Development Economics from ISEG and several Post-Graduate Studies of Tourism Law, Tax Law, Energy Law at Lisbon Law School, Social Entrepreneurship at INSEAD and Circular Economy at Cambridge.
Inês has been enrolled in the Portuguese Lawyer’s Bar Association since 2006.
Apart from being full-time Lawyer, Inês is a wife and a mother who loves music and yoga.
